
Ethan Kane is a student at Arizona State University, studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Music Learning and Teaching with a focus in Clarinet Performance. Ethan regularly performs on Bb and bass clarinets with ASU instrumental ensembles, including the ASU Wind Symphony at the 2024 College Band Directors National Association Western/Northwestern Division Conference.

Ethan studies woodwind repair with Dr. Steve Prescott of San Tan Valley, AZ, who recently retired as head of instrument repair for Mesa Public Schools, Arizona's largest school district. He also studies with MSgt (ret.) Julian Dale Barton of Paulden, AZ, ex-chief repair technician of the United States Army Field Band.

Ethan serves on the student board of Hillel Jewish Student Center at Arizona State University as Ritual Chair and engages with Tempe's Jewish community by leading Friday night Shabbat services weekly at Hillel at ASU.

Ethan is from Las Vegas, NV. He attended Palo Verde High School and Camp Alonim. Ethan participated in the Nevada Music Educators Association All-State Band throughout high school.
